Park Place Frequently Asked Questions:

What are some of the amenities at Park Place?
We have a newly resurfaced gated pool for the enjoyment of our residents. All of townhouse units have a private backyard patio, bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the living room has a wall-mounted air conditioner.

What's the parking situation?
Each apartment comes with one parking spot in a double car detached garage. We have additional single car garages available for a small monthly charge. We have over-flow and guest parking in the front and rear of the property.

Do you have on-sight laundry facilities?

Yes, we have newly refurbished coin-operated laundry room (see photo in "More Photos").

Do you lease or rent month-to-month?
We usually rent month-to-month.

Do you accept HUD residents?
No, sorry.

Do you accept pets?
We do not accept dogs. Indoor pets including cats, fish, and birds are acceptable with a pet deposit.

Applicant qualifications?
We look for our applicants to have a stable and verifiable monthly income that is three times the monthly rental amount. Applicants must have no evictions on their record. Other credit issues including bankruptcies will be dealt with on a case by case basis, but will usually require an increased deposit.

Which utilities are included with the rent?
Water, trash, and sewer service is included with the rent. Park Place residents pay their own electric bill.
